In this role you will lead the safe testing, commissioning and energisation of critical electrical infrastructure in Milan's data centres. You will work within a collaborative team on large-scale, mission-critical facilities for global clients, ensuring systems perform reliably before handover. The position offers long‑term project continuity, international exposure and structured career development. You will contribute to technically demanding commissioning programs and mentoring of junior engineers, making a meaningful impact on operational readiness and safety.

- Test UPS, generators, transformers, switchgear and power distribution equipment
- Develop and execute commissioning plans, procedures and test scripts
- Perform functional, load bank and system validation testing




- Support energisation activities and start‑up of critical systems
- Coordinate commissioning schedules with project managers, design teams and contractors
- Investigate faults and resolve commissioning issues
- Produce commissioning documentation and project handover packs
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications
- Assist FAT, SAT, IST testing and integrated systems testing as required
- Mentor junior commissioning engineers and promote best xlwpduy practices
- Experience as Electrical Commissioning Engineer or similar role
- LV and HV electrical systems knowledge
- UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers and power distribution expertise
- Load bank testing and protection testing
- Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting
- FAT, SAT and IST testing experience
- Electrical drawings and schematics
- Commissioning documentation and reporting
- Electrical safety procedures and industry standards
