About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to lead and drive the offline channel sales strategy for our expanding business in Italy.This role will focus on establishing and growing strategic retail partnerships, optimizing product placement, and maximizing brand visibility across Italy's retail landscape.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the offline channel sales strategy for Italy, with a strong focus on key retail chains, consumer electronics retailers, hypermarkets, and local stores.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key retail partners to ensure sustainable growth, strong product presence, and increased sell-through.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with major retailers,
distributors, and regional partners across Italy.
- Collaborate closely with both local and global internal teams to ensure seamless product launches, merchandising optimization, and effective promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights for channel and product strategy.
- Achieve sales targets and drive offline market penetration, revenue growth, and market share expansion in Italy.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Strong network and proven experience within the Italian retail channel landscape, particularly with consumer electronics retailers, hypermarkets, chain stores, and major distributors.
- Demonstrated experience in consumer electronics, 3C products, smart home devices, household appliances, or related technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Italian retail ecosystem and go-to-market strategies.
