Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development | CEO office

In the CEO Office, you drive strategic priorities and cross-functional initiatives to strengthen sennder’s market leadership. You’ll collaborate with the CEO, Co-Founders, and the Executive Team, shaping AI-driven transformation and strategic finance programs. You will build business plans and financial models, and liaise with board members and investors to align priorities. This role offers exposure to multiple departments and a path to broader leadership within the company.

- Identify, conceptualize, and execute top priorities to advance strategic objectives and cross-functional projects
- Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to deliver results from concept to implementation




- Lead an AI-first transformation program and strategic finance initiatives to sustain market leadership
- Co-create comprehensive business plans, financial models, and strategic documents
- Serve as liaison between the CEO and stakeholders inside and outside sennder (board members, investors)
- Prepare key meetings for executives, including board meetings and strategy offsites
- Conduct market analyses and competitive research to spot growth opportunities
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, preferably at top‑tier consulting, transaction advisory, or investment banking (or equivalent)
