Our client, a leading aerospace and advanced technology organization, is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Administrator / Benefits Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Human Resources Administrator / Benefits Analyst, you will be part of the Human Resources team supporting Benefits Administration, HR Operations, and Employee Services. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Human Resources Administrator / Benefits Analyst

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $48 - $52/hour (5-month contract)

What’s the Job?

- Administer and manage employee leave programs including FMLA, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and state leave programs while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Partner with third-party vendors, Legal, and Benefits teams to support leave administration, wellness initiatives, and employee vantaggi programs.
- Manage ServiceNow cases and provide timely, accurate resolution to employee benefit and leave inquiries.
- Analyze benefits data, investigate escalations, conduct root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Support benefit enrollment,



payroll audits and reconciliations, acquired/divested employee transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What’s Needed?

- Minimum 3 years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration, including STD, LTD, FMLA, employee qualifying events, and appeals.
- At least 3 years of project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives.
- Experience with Oracle HCM, ADP Global View Payroll, and ServiceNow (SNOW).
- Strong analytical, reporting, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience supporting shared services environments, M&A; activities, or union benefit plans is a plus.
