The successful candidate will oversee complex delivery projects in Health Public Services, with specific experience in Local Public Administration, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ullibClient Management /b: Serve as the primary point of contact, maintain strong relationships, understand client needs, communicate effectively with the delivery team, update on progress, manage expectations, and address issues promptly. Collaborate with Sales Accounts to develop the client business. /lilibProject Delivery /b: Lead planning, execution, and delivery; develop detailed plans, allocate resources, manage schedules, monitor performance with appropriate tools, and report progress and adjustments. /lilibTeam Leadership /b: Oversee project managers, coordinators, and delivery staff; provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback; foster a collaborative, high‑performance culture; manage multiple projects under pressure. /lilibProcess Improvement /b: Identify opportunities for process enhancements, implement best practices,



drive continuous improvement to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policies. /lilibRisk Management /b: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, monitor and manage risks and issues, escalating as necessary, and anticipate new business opportunities. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
