Overview Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth of the service portfolio by shaping and executing sales strategies, from technical offers to long-term contracts. You will work closely with operations, engineering and product teams to deliver value to customers in the energy sector. You'll monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and manage a proactive service pipeline to boost profitable service adoption. This role blends technical understanding with negotiation and relationship-building to scale aftermarket solutions across Italy.
Responsibilities Develop and implement service sales strategies aligned with business objectives
Prepare technical offers and quotations ensuring target margins
Identify new opportunities and expand service market share across energy segments
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and understand their needs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract renewals
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to adapt strategies
Collaborate with operations,

engineering and product management to ensure service delivery
Manage sales pipeline, forecast sales, and report performance to senior management
Analyze Installed Base to create proactive service offerings to drive growth
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of progressive experience in service sales management in energy/power/industrial sectors
Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of service contracts, maintenance agreements, and aftermarket solutions
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong analytical skills for sales data and market trends
CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in Italian and English; willingness to travel in Italy (~30%)
