What You Will Do
The Senior Product Manager – EMEA is responsible for defining and executing the strategic product/brand roadmap across the EMEA region for a portfolio of three internationally established brands. The role leads a multicultural team professionals and acts as a key interface between the European organization and global headquarters in China.




This position combines product portfolio management, strategic brand leadership, business development, and cross-functional team leadership to ensure sustainable growth, market relevance, and profitable business expansion across the region.
The role serves as a pivotal link between the strategic planning in Europe, the global headquarter in China, and the regional Business Management functions in Europe, ensuring alignment of product, portfolio, and growth strategies across the EMEA region.
In particular, the resource will be involved in the following activities:
Product Management and Range Building
- Actively participate with the Planning Department in the development and management of product portfolios and category roadmaps for the EMEA market.
- Define product range strategies based on consumer insights, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and financial objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Planning
