Experteer Overview In this role, you will help Italian customers adopt the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, solving complex data challenges with a practical, business-focused approach. You will collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to demonstrate value and deliver tailored data analytics solutions. The position blends technical leadership with customer engagement to scale best practices across the region. This is a hybrid, Milan-based opportunity with travel to meet client needs and drive adoption. and meet-ups to grow Databricks community Grow as a technical/industry specialist by expanding knowledge and expertise Engage in technical sales, articulate outcomes, and communicate technical and value propositions Develop customer relationships and collaborate with internal teams and account executives Leverage coding skills (Python, Java, Scala) and Spark basics to design solutions for customers Capable of working across different technical depths for diverse audiences (POCs, demos, architecture discussions) Travel up to 30% for meetings, events, and trainings Operate in a hybrid model with required presence at offices and customer sites Responsabilità Experience with a core programming language (Python, Java, or Scala) and willingness to learn Spark Proficiency in Big Data Analytics technologies and hands‐on Po Cs with cloud platforms Proven ability to discover use cases, scope projects, and deliver complex solution architectures for multiple audiences Strong stakeholder engagement and collabor
