The Role
As an AI Business Consultant at Kyndryl, you will support clients across multiple industries in identifying strategic opportunities to remain competitive and differentiate themselves by leveraging artificial intelligence.
You will combine business acumen with a strong understanding of AI technologies to translate complex challenges into actionable initiatives, shaping AI adoption pathways that deliver measurable impact across operations, customer engagement, and strategic growth. In addition, you will maintain a strong awareness of industry trends,
market dynamics, competitive movements, and technological advancements. This perspective will allow you to provide proactive insights and strategic recommendations, helping organizations anticipate change and capitalize on new opportunities enabled by AI and data-driven innovation.
