Experteer Overview In this high-visibility role, you will strengthen the T&S; governance framework to improve decision quality and execution discipline. You'll work closely with the T&S; Leadership Team to translate strategy into governance, reporting, and leadership routines. You will craft executive materials and mature the operating model to scale with the business. This is an opportunity to influence how a global Technology & Services organization evolves and delivers impact at senior levels. Retribuzione / Benefits Evolve the T&S; Operating Model with clear roles, governance, and ways of working Coordinate leadership forums, governance committees, and executive routines with strong agendas and follow-up Support definition and evolution of the T&S; Strategy Create high-impact executive presentations, dashboards, and communications for the T&S; Leadership Team Translate complex topics into clear, decision-oriented narratives for senior stakeholders Design and improve tools, templates, standards,
and reporting frameworks to enhance transparency and governance quality Provide decision-ready insights and recommendations to senior leaders Act as a catalyst for accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across the T&S; Organization Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Management Engineering, or related field 5-7 years of relevant experience in consulting or strategy, governance, or transformation roles Experience in multinational and/or matrix organizations Experience in Operating Models Design, Governance Frameworks, and Process Mapping Advanced capability in Executive Presentations, Reports, Dashboards, and Decision-Support materials Solid understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid) Knowledge of Project Management and Budget Management principles Proficiency with Power Point, Excel, Power BI, Teams, Share Point #J-18808-Ljbffr
