✨ Your role We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in process architecture, system integration, and digital transformation to support the evolution of our enterprise landscape. The role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, processes, and technology platforms.
Design and oversee integration architecture across core platforms (e.g., CRM, middleware, legacy systems), ensuring scalability and data consistency
Support digital transformation programs, contributing to data model design, system evolution, and new capability enablement




Drive IT landscape rationalization and system decommissioning strategies, optimizing TCO and reducing complexity
Contribute to the definition and execution of the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with mid/long-term business strategy
Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT stakeholders, assessing impacts of new initiatives on processes and systems
Support the design and governance of microservices architectures and API-based ecosystems, including external partner integrations
Ensure alignment with data governance and Master Data Management strategies
Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields
~4–6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture / IT Strategy / Digital Transformation
~ TOGAF)
~ Process modeling (BPMN) and process frameworks (e.g., Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday or similar ecosystems
Proven experience in cross-functional project environments bridging business and IT
