Overview As Global Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of Tri Mas Packaging's product portfolio on a global scale. You will shape product visions, perform market analysis, and drive profitability through cross‐functional collaboration. You'll oversee lifecycle management from concept to end‐of‐life and guide launches and market expansion. This role offers the chance to influence a broad product roadmap within a values‐driven, sustainability‐focused organization. Responsibilities Develop and execute product vision and strategies aligned to objectives and market trends. Conduct market, competitor, and supplier research and incorporate customer feedback for differentiation. Define product positioning, pricing, and go‐to‐market plans for profitability. Oversee collateral, samples, sell sheets and communications to support sales. Manage full product lifecycle from ideation to end‐of‐life with roadmaps. Collaborate with R&D;, manufacturing, sales, PMO, and GMs to ensure timely launches.



Monitor product performance and market trends to drive data‐driven improvements. Identify opportunities for market expansion in new regions and segments. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and SMART KPIs including revenue and profitability targets. Provide training and support to internal teams and customers as needed. Maintain regulatory/compliance awareness in market expansion strategies. Qualifications 5+ years in product management within packaging or related B2 B sectors. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering; MBA preferred. Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, financials, and feedback. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management tools/software. Strong understanding of B2 B sales cycles, channels, and customer needs. Proven ability to develop and execute global product strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‐functional influence.
