Proposal Manager
We are looking for a Proposal Manager to play a key role in driving business growth through the development of competitive and high-quality proposals for geophysical survey activities.
The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements, company capabilities, industry standards, deadlines, and budgetary constraints. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, project management, risk assessment, and collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Develop proposals, cost estimations, and tender submissions for geophysical survey activities.
Follow relevant processes and procedures to ensure high-quality proposals.
Identify and manage HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) risks.
Assess financial, contractual, and technical risks.
Implement mitigation strategies to minimize risks.
Represent the company during client meetings for proposal clarifications and contract negotiations.




Provide comprehensive hand-over briefings to project management teams.
Offer commercial guidance throughout project execution.
Ensure alignment between proposal commitments and project delivery.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
