Junior Global Controller – Bolton Food, Milan, Italy

Bolton is an Italian family‑owned fast‑moving consumer goods company. We are seeking a Junior Global Controller to join our Global Finance team in Milan.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive global financial analysis to align with the company’s business objectives.
- Prepare and oversee budget and forecast for the Business Unit, collecting data across Bolton Food subsidiaries.
- Perform consolidation of financial results from multiple entities.
- Oversee global financial reporting, including the preparation of consolidated statements.
- Manage and control BU working capital to maximize cash‑flow across the supply chain.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
- Elaborate business unit reporting and presentations with financial performance insights.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional and local controlling teams across geographies and central functions.

Qualifications & Skills





- Master’s Degree in Economics or equivalent.
- 2‑3 years of experience in a similar controlling role.
- Expert knowledge of Excel.
- High precision, attention to detail, ability to work with cross‑functional teams, and meet objectives and deadlines.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.

- Working hours: Tempo pieno (Standard business hours, remote working options available)
