The Opportunity
The CFO will serve as a key strategic partner to the leadership team, with direct responsibility for the Group’s financial strategy, corporate governance, and economic performance across all subsidiary companies.
This role requires a comprehensive understanding of international financial structures, the ability to operate effectively across multiple markets, and a proven track record of building scalable, efficient, and reliable financial processes that support long-term growth.
Role and Responsibilities
The CFO will lead the global Finance function, defining and executing the Group’s financial strategy while reporting directly to the Co-CEOs and ensuring financial strength, operational transparency, and process excellence across all entities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Consolidating and optimizing the Group’s financial organization, ensuring scalability and readiness to support future international growth;
- Coordinating and overseeing all financial activities across international accounting teams and subsidiary companies;
- Designing and implementing advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes supported by accurate, timely, and reliable reporting systems;
- Driving profitability management, cash flow optimization, working capital efficiency, and strategic capital allocation;
