Experteer Overview As Head of Oncology, you lead the R&D; strategy for oncology, steering cross-functional teams and strategic partnerships to build a differentiated, pipeline-driven portfolio. You drive innovation across internal assets and external collaborations, including spin-out opportunities, with a focus on translating science into impactful therapies. You will lead the Oncology R&D; group and Evotec's Innovate Oncology initiatives, shaping the company's position as a leader in the field. This role blends scientific excellence with strategic execution to accelerate value creation for patients and partners.
