The role We are on the lookout for a Marketing Specialist to join our Academy, focused on Talent Garden's educational and innovation offering across B2C and B2B2C. In this role, your mission will be to connect Product and Market—shaping clear narratives,
validating opportunities through structured analysis, and supporting go-to-market initiatives to drive commercial impact and reinforce our brand positioning. Responsibilities Contribute to product positioning and messaging across the Academy portfolio, ensuring coherence across channels and target segments. Develop high-quality commercial materials, maintaining clarity, consistency, and alignment with the overall narrative. Partner with Product and Sales to translate features, learning outcomes, and differentiators into strong and commercially effective value propositions. Conduct structured market and competitor analysis, leveraging AI tools to identify trends, benchmark positioning, and uncover opportunity areas. Support go‐to‐market execution for new launches and special projects, preparing core messaging and enabling materials for internal teams.
