Assistant Housekeeping Manager

Contract Type: Long season / Permanent contract

Required Experience: Minimum 2⁄3 years in a similar supervisory role within luxury hospitality, with verifiable references.

Mission
- Support the Housekeeping Manager in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance throughout all guest rooms and public areas.
- Supervise and motivate the Housekeeping team, ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional service in line with Airelles standards.
- Contribute to creating an immaculate, elegant, and welcoming environment that exceeds guest expectations.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Actively contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering a flawless housekeeping experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in the daily management and coordination of the Housekeeping department.
- Supervise Room Attendants, House Porters, Laundry,



and Public Area teams, ensuring productivity and service excellence.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor room readiness and collaborate closely with Front Office to optimize room availability and guest arrivals.
- Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluation of Housekeeping team members.
- Ensure appropriate stock levels of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and guest products, reporting any replenishment needs.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly, professionally, and discreetly.
- Promote compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operating procedures.
- Assist in preparing departmental schedules, reports, inventories, and operational documentation.
