Customer Support Representative (Swedish & English) – Booking Project
About the Role
We're looking for a Swedish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join the Booking Project .
In this role, you'll assist customers with booking-related inquiries, provide excellent customer support, and help create a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional customer support through the appropriate communication channels.
- Assist customers with booking-related questions and resolve issues efficiently.
- Deliver friendly, accurate, and high-quality customer service.
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements
- Native-level Swedish (spoken and written).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.

Relocation
- Local candidates will be given priority.
