HR Business Partner Supply Chain
Location: Open in EMEA. Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid shift. Contract type: Permanent. Job Purpose Are you a seasoned HR leader ready to make a tangible impact? As the HR Business Partner for Amcor's Supply Chain function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the people agenda across a multi‐country supply chain network indirectly impacting 64+ plants in 20 countries with varying levels of maturity.
You will be part of a dedicated HR team, reporting directly to the HR Director EMEA, and will partner closely with senior business leaders including Supply Chain Directors, VP Supply Chain, Central Operations HR team, Plant General Managers, and HR Managers.

Principal Accountabilities
Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Supply Chain leadership, shaping and implementing people strategies that align with business priorities. Influence decisions, provide insights, and champion HR initiatives.
Supply Chain Capability & Talent Development: Lead the design and delivery of talent management programmes, performance management, succession planning, and development initiatives to strengthen leadership and team capability across the network.
Change & Engagement Leadership: Drive engagement and create positive energy across the organisation. Support transformation initiatives, harmonise HR practices across plants, and foster a collaborative, high‐performing culture.
HR Operations & Project Management: Oversee HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, and systems (SuccessFactors, PeopleLink/Workday). Manage key HR projects that
