Position

CNC Operator

The role ensures the proper operation of CNC machine tools by performing basic machine setup activities, loading/unloading parts, operational checks during machining, and monitoring the production process, in compliance with company quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities and Activities:

- Perform loading and unloading operations of components on CNC machines.
- Carry out part zeroing and basic dimensional checks at production start‑up.
- Ensure the correct positioning of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor machining progress, verifying compliance with production parameters.
- Perform tool changes and check tool wear conditions.
- Report any quality, dimensional, or machine operation anomalies.
- Complete the required production and traceability documentation.
- Collaborate with the Quality and Maintenance departments in managing operational issues.
- Ensure order,



cleanliness, and compliance with HSE procedures in the work area.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of production activities and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Technical

- Basic knowledge of CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read mechanical technical drawings.
- Ability to use dimensional measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of tools and machine setup equipment.
- Ability to operate CNC machine interfaces.
- Knowledge of quality and safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
