To strengthen our Global Cyber Security team, we are looking for a Global Information Security Manager who will play a key role in protecting our digital ecosystem and shaping our global security strategy. Your Responsibilities Drive Security Strategy & Governance: define and implement a global information security strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring robust policies, standards, and governance frameworks. Lead Risk Management Activities: identify, assess, and prioritize cybersecurity risks, developing proactive mitigation plans to safeguard systems, data, and operations. Strengthen Security Awareness Culture:



design and deliver engaging awareness and training programs to embed a strong security mindset across the organization. Manage Incident Response & Resilience: develop and oversee incident response processes, ensuring effective detection, response, and recovery from cyber threats. Ensure Compliance & Monitoring: maintain compliance with key regulations (e.g., NIS2) and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS), while enhancing monitoring capabilities across the organization. Collaborate Across Ecosystems: work closely with IT/OT teams, external partners, and industry bodies to strengthen security architecture, third‐party risk management, and sector‐specific requirements. Your Background Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, with 5+ years of proven experience in Information Security or similar roles Strong expertise in cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices, combined with a solid understanding of risk management,
