Position Junior Associate – Employment and Incentives Practice, Milan Office.
Responsibilities Conduct legal research on employment, pension, and labour law matters.
Draft and review employment contracts, remuneration structures, works council communications, and union correspondence.
Assist in managing processes and communication flows between internal teams and external stakeholders.
Participate in client meetings, advising international and Italian clients on employment issues.
Prepare support for high‐value executive termination cases and contentious work matters.
Contribute to transaction‐related employment law advice.
Support the development and use of legal‐tech tools and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications Graduate from an Italian university with high academic grades; list of exams may be provided.
Profound desire to work within an international, excellence‐driven environment.
Proficiency in English (oral and written).
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).




Open to using and developing legal tech tools; innovation mindset.
Previous internship experience at a law firm is a plus.
High level of accuracy, flexibility, and team orientation.
