EV Powertrain Specialist Engineer

Mecaprom Engineering is looking for EV Powertrain Specialist Engineer to be inserted at a customer in the automotive sector. The resource will take care of benchmarking activities related to the battery pack for complete electric or hybrid vehicles and subsequent drafting of technical reports.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of internal combustion, hybrid, and electric powertrains, including their architectures and key vehicle systems.
- Knowledge of the WLTP homologation cycle
- Knowledge of vehicle performance metrics, including key electrified vehicle KPIs such as total and usable battery capacity, energy consumption, charging time, and overall efficiency.
- Previous experience in automotive benchmarking, value optimization, and vehicle/component teardown activities.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office suite skill is mandatory, with focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is mandatory.
- Fluent Italian, spoken and written, is mandatory.
