Your Role And Responsibilities
The Digital Collaboration & Microsoft 365 Lead is the service owner and strategic authority for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem within ABB Robotics. The role is primarily accountable for the reliability, integration,



governance, and evolution of core M365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related productivity capabilities, ensuring they operate as a coherent, secure, and business‑enabling platform.
In addition, the role oversees adjacent collaboration and communication services that extend or integrate with Microsoft 365, such as unified communications, telephony, conferencing, identity integration, and user adoption initiatives. The position ensures that these services are aligned to the M365 roadmap, delivered to enterprise standards, and continuously improved to support productivity, collaboration, and user experience across the organization.
The work model for the role is: hybrid/remote
The preferred location is Poland.
You Will Be Mainly Accountable For
- Unified Communications & Telephony: Own enterprise voice, video, conferencing, and Microsoft Teams telephony services; overs
