Experteer Overview As an e-commerce Expert, you will manage and optimize the online presence for one of our four Group brands across specified markets. You'll drive revenue, oversee day-to-day site operations, and monitor performance with cross-functional teams. You'll generate KPI and customer-journey reports and lead monthly performance reviews. This role blends merchandising focus with exposure to the full digital marketing mix, offering meaningful impact across brand growth.
Retribuzione / Benefits Drive revenues to meet annual targets
Oversee day-to-day e-commerce platform operations for functionality, usability, and performance
Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify optimization opportunities
Manage the commercial calendar for assigned brands
Update homepage/category pages to improve customer experience
Ensure promotions are correctly set up and tested before deployment
Forecast sales based on historical data and market trends
Coordinate with Ecommerce Manager to prioritize and schedule activities




Coordinate with development team to fix website bugs
Collaborate with Customer Services to capture voice-of-customer feedback and implement changes
Exposure to digital marketing mix (SEO, PPC, affiliates, email) with merchandising as main focus
Responsabilità 6+ years of eCommerce experience in fast-moving environments or strategic consultancy/digital agency
Track record of successful B2C projects with multi-country coverage
Data-driven with regular KPI analyses
Proficient in Google Analytics and BI tools
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Motivated team player who can also work independently
Solid understanding of digital marketing landscape (SEO, Data analytics, performance marketing, affiliates, ecommerce)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred: experience with Salesforce or platforms like Shopify or Magento
Knowledge of DAM, PIM and CMS platforms
