Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead security across ST's RFOC subgroup software for automotive and non-automotive markets. You'll drive security-by-design through the full software lifecycle, partner with cross-functional teams, and support audits to ensure compliance. You will shape secure embedded architectures, implement robust security controls, and mentor engineers in secure development practices. This is a high-impact opportunity to advance automotive and Io T cybersecurity at scale with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and supervise the software security strategy for RFOC subgroup products and design secure embedded architectures for automotive and non-automotive applications Drive end-to-end software security development across requirements, architecture, design, implementation, integration, verification, and testing Promote and enforce secure coding practices, perform code reviews and vulnerability remediation,



and establish security guidelines Provide technical leadership and coaching to engineers; collaborate with project management, quality assurance, product management, and system engineering Manage execution in complex environments, adapt to changing priorities, and handle risk-based trade-offs while preserving security integrity Drive continuous improvement of security engineering practices, tools, templates, and methodologies and explore AI-assisted workflows Responsabilità Extensive experience in embedded software design and development Proven expertise in software security or cybersecurity engineering for embedded products Experience in automotive development environments with ASPICE-based processes Hands‐on knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, automotive cybersecurity practices, Common Criteria and SESIP Proven track record in secure coding, code reviews, and vulnerability mitigation Experience supporting audits, quality reviews, and customer-facing security assessments #J-18808-Ljbffr
