Construction Manager | Freelance Location : Currie & Brown Italy is seeking a Construction Manager to support a high-profile hospitality project in Tuscany. The role is offered as a freelance consultancy. Regular on-site presence at the project location is required.
Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, a technical diploma, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing mid-scale construction projects; hospitality sector experience is a strong plus.
Proven experience with permitting processes and interactions with public authorities.
Excellent technical writing skills, strong client-management capabilities, and effective communication both internally and externally.
Verify work progress (SAL) in line with project schedule and budget.
Management of a multi-contractor schedule.




Review multidisciplinary construction drawings and assess progress of works.
Lead meetings with contractors, suppliers, site teams, and the client.
Perform snagging activities and support final commissioning.
Oversee and coordinate daily on-site construction activities.
