ppbJob Title: /b Cost Controller – YOOX /ppbLocation: /b Zola Predosa (Bologna) or Interporto (Bentivoglio, BO) /ppbDepartment: /b Finance (Reporting) /ppbReporting to: /b Head of Cost Controlling /ppbWorking Model: /b Hybrid /ppbContract Type: /b Permanent /ppbPotential Start Date: /b September 2026 /ppbSalary: /b Starting annual base salary of €35,000 gross. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the company’s cost control strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives. /liliManage and/or support the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning related to operating and manufacturing costs. /liliOversee the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of SOX documentation. /liliLead monthly cost analysis activities and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. /liliProactively identify, assess, and recommend value-added opportunities to business partners. /liliProvide in-depth analysis of variances versus Budget and Prior Year. /liliDeliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management. /liliPerform ad hoc financial analyses for internal stakeholders and develop business cases across multiple business areas. /liliEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies. /liliSupport internal and external audit activities. /liliMaintain a robust internal control framework within the cost controlling function. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines.



/liliAt least 2 years of experience in Controlling / Cost Controlling roles, preferably within structured or multinational environments. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI considered a plus. /liliGood command of the English language, both written and spoken. /liliStrong numerical mindset with a solid analytical orientation. /liliHigh level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail. /liliFamiliarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks. /liliGood communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders. /liliTeam-oriented mindset with the ability to manage assigned activities independently. /liliAbility to work towards objectives and meet deadlines. /liliProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pLuxExperience is an equal opportunities employer, we encourage people with a diverse range of backgrounds to apply.
