You will work closely with IT leaders, Procurement, project teams, and strategic partners to ensure service delivery meets business expectations, contractual commitments, and operational standards. In addition, you will support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, helping coordinate initiatives, monitor progress, and contribute to successful project execution. **Data** **Analysis** **&** **Reporting** + Collect,validate,andconsolidateperformancedatafrommultiplesources. + Analyzetrends,recurringissues,andoperationalrisks. + Producemeaningfulreportsandinsightstosupportdecision-making. + Assistinpreparingregularperformancereviewsandexecutive-levelsummaries. **Governance** **&** **Stakeholder** **Coordination** + Supportthepreparationandfacilitationofgovernancemeetings,includingmonthlyandquarterlyservicereviews. + Trackactionitems,improvementplans,andfollow-upactivities. + Collaboratewithvendors,internalstakeholders,andcross-functionalteamstoensurealignmentandaccountability. + Contributetomaintainingeffectivecommunicationchannelsacrossallparties. **Contract** **&** **Service** **Compliance** + Developasolidunderstandingofvendorcontracts,serviceagreements,andperformanceobligations. + Supportcomplianceassessmentsandensureactivitiesremainalignedwithcontractualcommitments. + Assistinauditpreparationanddocumentationmanagement. **Risk** **Management** **&** **Continuous** **Improvement** + Helpidentifyoperational,performance,andcompliancerisks. + Supportriskmitigationactivitiesandcorrectiveactiontracking. + Contributetotheenhancementofperformancemonitoringprocesses,governanceframeworks,andreportingtools. + Promoteacultureofcontinuousimprovementacrossvendorandservicemanagementactivities. **PMO Support Responsibilities** + Support project and program management activities related to service providers management and IT initiatives. + Contribute to the planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones. + Assist in maintaining project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers). + Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. + Support resource planning, tracking of dependencies, and alignment across stakeholders. + Provide support in monitoring project progress and highlighting risks or delays to senior team members.



**Your Profile** + Information Technology or similar.
