We are looking for a Data Center Technician – Category Protected (L.68/99) for our client in the IT sector. You will be acting for the design, troubleshooting, maintenance, and physical repair of hardware components critical for mission‐critical platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Lifecycle: diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair server, fiber, and network hardware.
Incident Management: Resolve technical events within internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on equipment failures.
Safety & Operations: maintain high safety standards and handle physical equipment installation/moving.
Continuous Learning: engage in specialized training to master cloud infrastructure components.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in IT hardware troubleshooting and diagnostics or within a Data Center or mission‐critical infrastructure.
Ability to work 100% onsite.
Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of Linux and Network Protocols.
English and Italian.
