There are no daily stand‑ups, t‑shirt sizing, or planning meetings. Instead, engineers are empowered to research competitors, create wireframes, write specs, and ship features end‑to‑end.
As a Product Engineer, you’ll own a large portion of a product from research to delivery. You’ll research competitors, write product specs, build wireframes, and implement features end‑to‑end. Example projects include:
Built a generalized declarative filter architecture that allows users to create complex filters and compiles them to SQL.
We create technology that enables talent‑acquisition teams to schedule candidates faster, track interviewer quality, and reduce manual effort.



We aim to automate or simplify tasks that current TA software does not address.
Comfortable tackling any part of the technology stack, from frontend to infrastructure.
Experience with ambiguous projects that require product and technical creativity.
Ability to balance speed and quality, delivering high‑quality solutions efficiently.
