Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a defined portfolio of major TD SYNNEX customers, driving revenue, profitability, and new business across the portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, maintaining close relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face engagements and strategic planning. You will coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver value, negotiate high-value opportunities, and push for growth while ensuring margin and service level targets. This position offers exposure to C-suite discussions, complex account planning, and e-commerce enablement programs that scale with the business.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and manage large/strategic accounts with growth opportunities and complex variables
Maintain strategic relationships with key decision makers through regular face-to-face visits
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth
Negotiate high-value opportunities and close deals
Identify incremental business through strong customer relationships
Lead internal resources across sales, operations,
and SBUs to fulfill customer needs
Identify project opportunities with the Business Development Manager
Coordinate board-level engagement addressing business objectives
Ensure margin targets and balanced product mix while delivering value
Gather customer insights and analyze accounts to maximize opportunities
Ensure timely reporting and CRM data accuracy
Promote and drive usage of InTouch e-commerce tool
Maintain and improve customer SLAs
Prepare value propositions for C-level discussions
Provide presentations to all levels with clear, concise messaging
Demonstrate gravitas and business credibility

Master knowledge of assigned product/service line across Brands
Expert knowledge of Services programs and processes for multiple Brands
