Overview
We're looking for a Field Application Specialist C to help us boost the company to the next level.
As a Field Application Specialist in Sysmex Italia you will lead after-sales activities and provide application support for Sysmex’s diagnostic portfolio:
- Ensure that sales ramp-up, sales turnover, and overall customer profitability are aligned with the initial commercial proposal (contract compliance).
- Drive the highest level of satisfaction throughout all contract duration, supporting the enduser at the customer’s sites or remotely.
- Contribute to new commercial proposals by supporting the account managers with scientific knowledge and operational know-how.

Sysmex Italia is specializing in health technology, specifically in vitro diagnostics. Founded in 2008, it focused its efforts on cancer diagnosis, and have evolved and grow to the haematology sector, supporting healthcare professionals and patients around the world with a broad range of medical diagnostic products and solutions in a variety of fields.
