Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the IM Chief Underwriting Officer and the Head of Strategy to implement and govern underwriting standards across international markets. You will work with cross-functional partners to enhance governance and drive operational efficiency while maintaining a global, market-wide perspective. The position focuses on ensuring consistent application of underwriting principles, facilitating audits, and rolling out delegated authority and Lo A processes. This is a collaborative, impact-driven opportunity to shape underwriting practices in a diverse, multinational setting. Responsibilities Support the IM CUO Office by executing strategic objectives and initiatives Contribute to initiatives that improve underwriting governance and efficiency across markets Collaborate with Strategic Partner IM and Head of Underwriting Analytics and Pricing to align objectives Coordinate with regional CUOs to ensure alignment with IM strategy Maintain and enhance the Underwriting Governance Framework across markets Facilitate management‐initiated audits and integrate findings into governance improvements Coordinate underwriting authority protocols, including referrals, escalations, and Lo A rollout Support governance of delegated authorities and monitoring with local resources Assist Product Communities to foster collaboration and disseminate best practices across markets Qualifications Strong understanding of underwriting governance frameworks and principles Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and regions with a global mindset Excellent organizational and coordination skills for managing complex processes Analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights Effective communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels Experience in underwriting, governance, or strategy roles within insurance Benefits Health & Wellness Benefits Retirement & Savings Plans Global Parental Leave & Adoption Assistance Emplo
