We are looking for a Senior Associate/Associate to strengthen our Structured Finance & Derivatives team in Rome and Milan. The ideal candidate is a licensed lawyer with at least five years of experience (including practice) in structured finance and debt capital markets at leading corporate law firms. Additional experience in banking law will be considered a plus. Proficient written and spoken English is essential.
