The Level Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll and personnel administration for our diverse teams across multiple countries including Italy, Switzerland, and the UK. The role is focused on operational management and process improvement, providing opportunities to create more efficient, scalable payroll processes leveraging digital tools.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years experience, strong Italian payroll knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and digitalization.
