We are looking for an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to join the global Quality & Continuous Improvement function and lead the path forward on establishing and strengthening our supply base worldwide. This role can be based in Italy (Milan & Genova) or Spain (Sevilla). Impact Ensure the supplier and supply qualification processes are deployed and adhered to, so that active suppliers remain fully qualified and compliant. Establish and implement clear guidelines to make the qualification process more effective and efficient,



in line with Company regulations & instructions. Define quality objectives for Supply Chain and collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager on the PCS supply strategy to ensure quality objectives are met. Support Supplier and Supply qualifications as well as the continuous auditing of suppliers. Ensure that supplier nonconformities are resolved quickly and, where required, that the necessary process improvements are identified and implemented by the supplier. Establish guidelines for periodical review of supplier nonconformities to identify possible clusters of issues and enable local or global supplier improvement initiatives. Ensure execution of effective and timely RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for supplier quality issues. Close coordination with project managers, supporting PCS and 3rd‐party product delivery.
