Experteer Overview As Social Media Manager, you will shape Technogym's social presence across all touchpoints, building engaging communities and driving brand impact. You'll develop and execute strategies, coordinate cross‐functional content, and optimize performance to support engagement, traffic, and conversion. You'll work with Marketing, Creative, and Product to ensure brand‐consistent content, while monitoring trends and managing influencer and community conversations. This role offers meaningful scope to elevate a global fitness brand through data‐driven storytelling. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute social media strategy using competitive research and audience insights Create content calendars and syndication schedules Monitor performance and report on KPIs such as growth, engagement, and conversion Collaborate with Marketing, Creative,



and Product to produce brand‐aligned content Moderate user‐generated content per guidelines Manage social communities and respond to conversations Coordinate with social agency to align with editorial and marketing calendars Liaise with branches/distributors to tailor campaigns to local needs Develop guidelines and calendars to drive follower growth and engagement Stay updated on trends and optimize channels (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, You Tube, Linked In) Responsabilità BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations (preferred) Proven social media marketing experience (4+ years) Fluent English Excellent writing and editing skills Strong knowledge of major platforms (Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In) Experience with social analytics tools Experience with Sprinklr a plus IT/cybersecurity awareness for handling data and communications Ability to work with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
