Experteer Overview As a Contract Manager at Siemens, you will support proposal, sales and project teams by identifying contract risks and guiding mitigation actions. You will advise on contractual obligations and help manage claims throughout negotiation and execution, ensuring alignment with Italian law. You'll handle routine contractual issues, draft correspondence, variation orders, and settlement agreements, and assist in pre‐litigation dispute resolution. This role offers exposure to large‐scale projects in a cross‐functional environment, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for professional growth. You will contribute to a compliant, risk‐aware contracting process that supports Siemens' Smart Infra
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide contractual analysis and advice to sales/proposal and project teams on obligations and risk
Manage daily commercial and contractual issues
Support contract negotiations from a legal perspective with proposal/sales teams




Mitigate risks during negotiation and execution phases
Review client/supplier/subcontractor correspondence and draft official letters
Prepare variation orders/change requests and define related strategy
Manage pre-litigation dispute resolution and draft settlement agreements
Responsabilità Degree in Law
At least 3 years post‐qualification experience
Understanding of contract risks and legal/financial consequences
Excellent knowledge of Italian Civil Law
Knowledge of general contractual standards
Independent judgement in resolving contract issues
Proficiency in Italian and English
