We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to work with and strengthen our Atlantica Energia Sostenible Italia SRL team based in the Rome office.
Responsibilities
- Independently supervise daily site activities, ensuring alignment with plans and specifications.
- Conduct visual inspections and raise issues that require clarification.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors and crews, ensuring clear assignments and sequence.
- Enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Report daily activities and issues to project management.
- Coordinate with project managers and engineers to resolve on-site challenges.
- Monitor and verify material/equipment deliveries and condition.
- Maintain site cleanliness and compliance, including signage and PPE.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating inspections and compliance checks.
- Track and document site labor, materials and equipment usage.
- Communicate progress updates to the Construction Manager and propose corrective actions as needed.
- Support incident reporting and site logistics.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or construction‐related degree preferred.
- OSHA certification or similar safety training preferred.

Technical Qualifications
- 3‑6 years of experience supervising construction sites (renewable energy/infrastructure preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, safety and quality.
- Proficient with site documentation and reporting tools.
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and contracts.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
