Experteer Overview In this role you lead GTMS implementations for enterprise customers, acting as the primary contact and driving the project from requirements through go-live. You will design, configure, validate, and hand over the solution while collaborating with product, training, support, and admin teams. The position supports rapid growth of GTMS, delivering measurable business value and profitability for customers. You'll work in a fast-paced, cross‐functional environment to ensure successful, on‐time delivery with high customer satisfaction.
Retribuzione / Benefits Own end-to-end business processes for customers and deliver tangible benefits
Develop deep GTMS knowledge and map customer needs to system design
Design and build the system per best practices
Coordinate with back‐office to configure interfaces, UI, and reports
Create functional specifications for custom enhancements and reports
Lead system walkthroughs during build to show future solution capabilities




Perform QA to ensure smooth validation and testing
Provide knowledge transfer for customer handover and enable self‐sufficiency after go‐live
Coordinate production cutover and go‐live activities across teams
Continue learning GTMS features and mentor new hires
Responsabilità 3+ years of hands‐on experience implementing packaged software for one or more business processes
Experience in end‐to‐end software implementations from requirements to hypercare
Excellent communication and client handling skills in high‐pressure situations
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and with multiple time zones
Willingness to configure software and learn new features continuously
Adept at requirements workshops, analysis, and designing the to-be solution
Independent thinking with strong problem‐solving and analytical abilities
