You will be part of a diverse and inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging. **What you will be doing** As part of the **Customer Service & Solutions Centre (CSSC) Back Office team** , you will deliver technical support that strengthens customer relationships and contributes to business growth. **Key responsibilities** + Provide technical support on product sizing, applications, system solutions, accessories, installations, and pricing. + Handle customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations in line with Grundfos service standards. + Support sales teams on tenders and projects with sizing, specifications, calculations, delivery information, and operation and maintenance guidance. + Identify business opportunities and refer them to external sales teams. + Contribute to value-added services that improve customer experience and relationships. **What makes you a great fit** You are a technically skilled professional with a customer-focused mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering excellent service. **Required qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical,
Electrical, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical field. + Minimum 2 years of experience in technical customer support, application engineering, or a similar role, preferably within pumps, water systems, or industrial equipment. + Knowledge of product sizing, hydraulic calculations, and system design. + Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. **Preferred qualifications** + Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce or SAP. + Knowledge of water utility infrastructure, industry standards, and regulations. + Experience supporting tenders and project-based sales. **Why you will love working here** We care.
