Experteer Overview As Market Development Specialist Spine, you drive sales strategy and market expansion for the Central Italy spine portfolio within CST. You collaborate with district leadership, hospitals, and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into field actions that boost revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will engage hospital decision‐makers beyond surgeons, support tenders and value dossiers, and ensure data‐driven, value‐focused communications. This role offers impact through shaping how spine solutions improve patient outcomes in a sustainable, patient‐centric way. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and execute the Central Italy commercial strategy with the District Manager CST Translate district objectives into territory action plans and drive sales targets, margins, and market share Identify growth opportunities across public and private hospitals in the region Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions; conduct regular field visits and OR support when appropriate Foster accountability, collaboration,



and continuous improvement aligned with Medtronic values Manage asset and inventory within the district Implement Aible value proposition and data‐driven segmentation for accounts Develop structured account plans with clinical and economic value; engage hospital decision‐makers beyond surgeons Prepare value dossiers and data‐driven proposals for tenders and negotiations Ensure disciplined CRM usage and accurate pipeline/forecast metrics Collaborate with Marketing and Health Economics teams to tailor value messages Provide feedback from the field to influence portfolio and commercial decisions Build relationships with spine surgeons, neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons, and hospital management in Central Italy Support complex negotiations and key account development with the District Manager Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Responsabilità 3/5 years in biomedical devices market, preferably Neurosurger
