Overview As an Embedded Software Engineer at Copeland Controls in Belluno, you will design, implement and validate system software for embedded Linux environments, focusing on reliability and reusability. You will work with cross‐functional teams to improve CI, integrate software solutions, and optimize performance for embedded products. This role offers hands‐on impact in a global engineering context and exposure to state‐of‐the‐art control systems. You will contribute to innovative HVACR technology shaping sustainable climate solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop, document and test software in Linux embedded environments
Participate in code reviews and software design discussions
Improve CI processes to enhance build and deployment automation




Collaborate with global teams to debug and boost software performance
Contribute to architecture definition of new embedded products
Qualifications Bachelor in Computer Science
Deep knowledge of C
Translate business requirements into technical design
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
Experience in multithread programming and IPC
Knowledge of Linux kernel and driversKnowledge of embedded distributions such as Yocto and Buildroot
Good knowledge of Git
