Job Overview
Aethos Monterosa is seeking a Junior Finance & Administration Assistant to support supplier communications, inventory monitoring, and general administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of a luxury hotel environment.
Essential Job Functions And Responsibilities
Purchasing & Warehouse Management
Monitor stock levels for F&B; (bar and restaurant), housekeeping supplies, and guest amenities
Manage delivery schedules and verify incoming goods
Perform monthly
