Experteer Overview In this role you drive growth for Danfoss Drives across Lombardia, expanding market presence and selling variable speed drives and related solutions. You will build relationships with end users, OEMs, and system integrators, translating technical capabilities into business value. You'll lead territory planning, pipeline development, and collaboration with cross‐functional teams to deliver customer solutions. This position offers the chance to shape regional growth through structured commercial execution and market intelligence. Retribuzione / Benefits Identify and develop new business and strengthen the existing customer portfolio Drive and monitor sales activities across the Lombardia territory Define and execute sales strategies to achieve budget targets, including planning and pipeline development Ensure forecast, margin, and customer satisfaction targets align with commercial strategies,
with reporting and market intelligence support Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Technical Support to propose competitive solutions Manage service/spare parts quotations, including component and finished product pricing Responsabilità Educational background in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent culture Proven experience in a similar role within an international, mid‐structured company in the Automation Industry Strong knowledge of electric drives and motors Familiarity with communication networks, integrated security and motion control Strong negotiation and organizational skills with goal orientation Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken) #J-18808-Ljbffr
