We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
The Program Manager – Large Power Converters will manage the development and execution of new products within the Large Power Converters Product Line , part of the Power Management Business Unit . This role is needed to support the expansion of the product line portfolio, which is increasing in both size and complexity.
The role will primarily focus on New Product Development / New Product Introduction programs managed through the Vertiv NPDI process ,



while also supporting selected initiatives related to existing products, including sustaining, regionalization, cost-out, compliance, lifecycle management, and engineering change projects.
The successful candidate will be expected to independently manage high-complexity programs with limited supervision, leading cross-functional teams through influence, structure, accountability, and strong execution control.
The role reports to the Product Line PMO Lead .
What kind of work will you be doing?
- Lead and manage multiple cross-functional projects and programs within the Large Power Converters Product Line.
- Own projects execution from initiation to launch, ensuring clear planning, disciplined execution, and alignment with the Vertiv NPDI process.
- Drive project scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful achievement of business and technical objectives.
