Business Analyst IT E-commerce

You will join our IT eCommerce team, supporting digital transformation and platform optimization projects in an international context.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document requirements for eCommerce platform enhancements and new features
- Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
- Prepare configuration guidelines for eCommerce solutions
- Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
- Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Identify gaps in existing eCommerce functionalities and propose improvements
- Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
- Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams

Qualifications
- 5‑7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT eCommerce projects
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for eCommerce platforms
- Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases




- Experience in digital transformation or platform optimization projects
- Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
- English and Italian fluent
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Adaptability in multicultural environments
