Position
We are looking for a Product Development Manager to join our Rollerblade brand.
Responsibilities
Product Development




Lead the product development process from design brief to production-ready sample, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets;
Translate design intent and technical specifications into feasible, manufacturable products in close cooperation with factory partners;
Ensure products are developed in full alignment with the assigned target cost (CBD analysis and cost evaluation are core competencies);
Critically evaluate design solutions proposed, identifying opportunities to minimize cost, lead time, and MOQ;
Manage the product creation team and Asian developers;
Ensure smooth cross‐functional collaboration between product creation, sourcing, and manufacturing teams;
Sourcing Support
Build and maintain strong working relationships with manufacturing partners to support effective product development;
Ensure supplier performance in terms of technical standards, cost, and quality throughout the development process;
Support the analysis and evalu
